8.1.2 Installation of plug & play ISDN adapters

On start of your computer the following message appears: “ New hardware wizard found ”. Confirm
with < Next > and mark in the next window ”Search for the best driver automatically
(recommended)”. Insert the installation CD-ROM delivered with this adapter. In the next window
mark “ CD-ROM drive” and click < Next >.

In the next window click <Next >.

Select the language you wish to guide you through installation and confirm with < Next >.

In the following window you can select the components for your ISDN adapter. Mark “Sedlbauer
speed configuration ” and “Sedlbauer speed ISDN guard ”. You can find notes on the ISDN-guard
in chapter 10.
Now, the ISDN adapter must be configured. Therefore the ISDN-adapter-configuration must be started – see
chapter 8.1.3.
