Mounting of power electronics

Picture 17: Power electronics

Connect the wires and the connectors to the power electronics.

Position the power electronics onto the chassis.

Mount the three fixation screws for the power electronics.

Tighten the connectors with the correct torque. Refer to “Service” or 

spare parts list.

Service

Plus pole M5 with 5 Nm

Minus pole M6 with 6 Nm

If the power cables are not tightened with the correct torque it can 

lead to a dangerous situation due to overheating.

Remarks

For the correct connecting of the aggregates and wires please refer to 

chapter: POWER ELECTRONICS CONNECTIONS.

After replacing the power electronics Teach-In the machine and 

adjust it to TASKI swingo XP-M or TASKI swingo XP-R. Refer to the 

TASKI Service Tool Manual.
