Picture 46: Flat spring position

•

Mount the flat spring.

Take care that you position the flat spring correctly, so that the small

hole is on the bottom side. Refer to the upper picture.

•

Tighten the 4 screws.

Take care that you tighten both screws on one side at the same time.

•

Mount the two bolts on the chassis frame and step board.

•

Mount the two washers and nuts on the bolts.

•

Lift up the machine.

•

Mount the squeegee linear drive according to the chapter

MOUNTING OF SQUEEGEE LINEAR DRIVE.

•

Mount the brush unit linear drive according to the chapter

MOUNTING OF BRUSH UNIT LINEAR DRIVE.

•

Mount the brush unit according to the chapter MOUNTING OF

COMPLETE BRUSH UNIT.

•

Mount the squeegee onto the swinging arm.
