5.6.1

Removing of squeegee linear drive

Picture 37: Squeegee lifting motor

Remarks

Remove the squeegee from the machine. This will release the tension

on the squeegee swinging arm (06/126).

•

Remove the brush unit linear drive according to the chapter

REMOVING OF BRUSH UNIT LINEAR DRIVE.

•

Disconnect the plug of the linear drive (06/137) at the top of the

chassis (04/110) and thread out the cable.

•

Remove the two screws (06/101) from the chassis (04/110).

•

Weave out the squeegee linear drive together with the linear

drive holder (06/102) from the swinging arm (06/126).

•

Remove the circlip (06/134) on one side of the bolt (06/103).

•

Pull out the bolt and remove the linear drive.

•

According to what you need to exchange, remove the existing

parts from the linear drive and place it on the new one.
