Lock
TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TECHNICIAN AND THE END-USER
To release operate as follows:
- Open the lock cover, insert the key, turn it about 90° clockwise (Fig. 34) and open the lid.
- Take the red key located under the lid, insert it and turn it about 90° anti-clockwise (Fig. 35)
To relock the operator do as follows:
- Turn the red key clockwise until it stops (Fig. 35), remove it, put it under the lid and close the lid again
CAUTION: Turning the key over 1 turn (360°) could damage the release
- Turn the key anti-clockwise to tighten the lid, remove the key and close the lock cover

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
1)
Check the robustness and the stability of the gate; especially check the rotation points of
the gate (hinges) if in good conditions and not tilted
2)
Check the oil level (the oil cap is under the manual release)
3)
Replace the hydraulic oil with the oil recommended by the producer
4)
Check the function of the release
5)
Check the function of the by-pass valves
6)
Check and grease the fixation pins
7)
Check the integrity of the connecting cables
8)
Check the function and the conditions of the mechanical stops in opening and closing
(where the mechanical stop accessory is present)
9)
Check the good status of all parts which are subject to efforts (back fixation, oscillating
fork,and front fixation). If some parts are corroded, replace them
10)
Check the functionality of all the accessories especially the function of all safety
devices and of the Linear Encoder
11)
Lubricate the shaft with SEA grease (GREASE GL 00 Code 65000009)

After the maintenance it is neccessary to repeat all tests before restarting the automation
