Solution:

Correct the settings in the 25plus so that they agree with the Configuration

sheet. For serial sensors, connect the sensor directly to a PC and use Seaterm232 or
Seaterm to verify the calibration coefficients agree with the calibration sheet of the
sensor.

10.6 Cannot use the USB to communicate

Cause:

Some USB connectors do not connect correctly with the USB port in the 25plus.

The indicator light may turn on even if all of the pins are not securely connected. Make
sure the RS232 connection works correctly.

Solution:

Use another USB cable.
