AT Command Result Codes
SPOT may send result codes and message in response to
commands and events. These appear in two forms, either
numeric codes (eg.
6
,
9
, etc) or 'verbose' text messages (eg.
NO DIALTONE
,
CONNECT 2400
, etc.). The AT command
V
switches the SPOT between numeric and verbose modes.

When checking for result codes using a script, SPOT will
not be ready to issue the next command until after it has
sent the result code followed by CR and LF. This means
that the script has to check to make sure it has received CR
and LF before issuing the next command.
