List of Safety Messages:

Tube Number # did not reach target temperature

a. Safety pressure cap not sealed correctly

b. Sample tube vented

c. Time to temperature plus time at temperature has been exceeded without reaching set point temperature

Solution: increase time to temperature

Temperature is rising to slowly in the tube number #

a. Sample vented

b. Pressure cap not sealed properly

c. Applicators not closed properly

d. Magnetron error

e. Thermopile error

Microwave cable number # overheats

a. Tube has boiled dry
