Compressor

Refer to

for troubleshooting assistance.

Warning: If the device does not function properly, remove from service and mark for
maintenance. Only use Scott Safety replacement parts.

For existing installations: Check settings and
function of all control values. Clean pipeline
filters and service elements as needed. For new
installations: Ensure protective plugs and blanks
have been removed from ports and that all control
values are correctly set. Pipe work must be of
ample size with a minimum of bends. Joint
gaskets should be checked for correct positioning
and size.

Locate and rectify. For example, drain value open.

If general wear is suspected, strip the machine and
examine all working parts.

Check belt drive.
