Take a piece of the silicon pinch valve tubing 80mm long, and carefully push 
it over the heat exchanger tubing.

Now avoiding kinking the heat exchanger tubing, form a comfortable 
transition from the heat exchanger into the valve jaw. 

  

 

 

6.

 

Using a spatula or similar tool, press the silicon tubing into the valve jaw until 
it is fully home. Avoid stretching the tube whilst inserting it as this could cause 
incorrect operation.
