Ethernet Setup (D9834 Feature only)
This sub-menu allows you enter the IP address and associated parameters to control and
monitor the receiver remotely via the Ethernet port. It is also used to configure the re-
ceiver for IP data operation.
Menu Settings
Selection Options Description Default
MAC Address MAC address assigned to
the Ethernet interface at the
time of manufacture
IP Address IP Address assigned to the
receiver in a network
Subnet Mask Subnet Mask defines the
size of the subnet.
Gateway Address Network Gateway Address
used to connect the receiver
to a WAN
None No multicast IP data is for-
warded to any devices
Filter List Forwards multicast IP data
(i.e., packets) matching only
the specified multicast ad-
dress.
Filter Mode
Forward All Forwards all multicast IP
data received without filter-
ing.
