When particular menu parameters/fields are not accessible, a pop-up window
informs you that the function is not accessible at the current lock level (X); however,
the EXIT button always functions.
Example : If the MDR is set at Lock level 1, ISE assignment is not allowed on the R10-
Main Menu, but Config, Diag, Misc, and Preset buttons are functional.
