Test Protocol of Technical Safety Check
These Test protocol will be completed by the service technicians during the corresponding
service intervals of the complete system.
9.1.3
Maintenance Intervals
The system has to be send to SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions for Technical
Safety Check (TSC) every 12 month.
The label on the console and a warning message in the display will
remember on the renewal date.
9.2
Regular Technical Inspections
The following regular checks are to be carried out by the USER, during the operation time of the
Carriazo-Pendular
:
Visual inspection of device and accessories/components
Checks device parts as listed below:
Check the cutting head
on irregularities and scratches, respectively on the
surface for applanation.
Check the automatic pendulum axis
. This pendulum axis can wear out during its regular work.
Check all drives for foreign materials and irregularities.
The automatic pendulum axis is a wearing part.
Changing time: annually or every 10.000 OP-cycles (which occurs first).
Check pendulum worm gear and the excenter
for blade oscillation on
foreign materials and wear out
Inspect all suction rings
for debris, corrosion, particles, and
loose parts. Inspect the suction channel on foreign particles.
