Make sure that the markings
„A“ and „B“ line up with each other.

Correct the position of the robot to compensate for any lateral misalignment.

Use the triangular markings at
„A“ and „B“ for the correct alignment.

Note the coordinates from Step 6.

Now the Z-coordinate has to be corrected. This depends on the Thickness oft eh pro-
gramming aids, and it is the only way to determine the correct coordinates.

Use the following formula to calculate the Z-coordinate.
Z „Pick-up“ coordinate = (Z-coordinate from Step 6) – (40 mm)
