Schrauben Sie die
Vorrichtung 2
mit den
Schrauben 2
(2 Stück) gleichmäßig auf die
Vorrichtung 1
auf, bis der
Kolben (Pos. 4) auf dem Schrägzug (Pos. 3) aufliegt.
8.
Drücken Sie leicht gegen die Grundbacken (Pos. 2) während
Sie den Kolben (Pos. 4) mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel
auf den Schrägzug (Pos. 3) aufschrauben.
Entfernen Sie die Montagevorrichtungen und montieren Sie den
Greifer weiter in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim Zerlegen.

Slightly push against the base jaws (Pos. 2) while you are
screwing the piston (Pos. 4) with an Allan Key onto the
oblique component (Pos. 3).
Remove the assembly devices and continue assemblying the
gripper in reverse order to the “Disassembly instructions”.
8.3
Version mit Greifkraftsicherung
“Innensichern”
1.
Entfernen Sie die Druckleitungen.
ACHTUNG!
Bei der Version »Innensichern« steht der Deckel
(Pos. 5) unter Federspannung (F
)
820 N).
2.
Spannen Sie den Greifer zwischen den Grundbacken
(Pos. 2) und dem Deckel (Pos. 5) so in den Schraubstock ein,
dass Sie die 4 Schrauben (Pos. 51) noch entfernen können.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 51) heraus. Öffnen Sie
danach den Schraubstock vorsichtig und entfernen Sie den
Deckel (Pos. 5) und die Druckfedern (Pos. 40).

Lösen Sie den Kolben (Pos. 10) mit einem Innen-
sechskantschlüssel und ziehen Sie ihn aus dem Gehäuse
(Pos. 1) heraus.
Fahren Sie dann fort, wie bei der Version ohne Greifkraft-
sicherung von Punkt 4 – 7 beschrieben.
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Beachten
Sie dabei das Kapitel 7 »Wartung und Pflege« und die
Schraubenanzugsmomente (siehe Tabelle).
8.3
Version with Gripping Force Safety
Device “I.D. securing”
1.
Remove all compressed air lines.
CAUTION!
In case of version “With I.D. Gripping Force Safety
Device” the cover (Pos. 5) is spring-tensioned
(F
)
820 N).
2.
Clamp the gripper between the base jaws (Pos. 2) and the
cover (Pos. 5) with a vice so that the 4 screws (Pos. 51) can
be removed. Turn out the screws (Pos. 51). Carefully open
the vice then and remove the cover (Pos. 5) and the
pressure springs (Pos. 40).
3.
Loosen the piston (Pos. 10) with an Allan-key and draw it out
of the housing (Pos. 1).
Continue disassembly as described for version without Gripping
Force Safety Device from point 4 – 7.
Assembly is done in reverse order. Thereby please consider
chapter 7 “Maintenance and Care” and the tightening torques
(see chart).
