Function description
This product is a portable case system including accessories which is used for the acquisition and
display of process data in machine tools. The System is designed in such a way that it can be used
with little effort on different machine tools to detect vibrations in processes with the iTENDO².
The tool holder is used to hold and clamp shank tools. It is installed in the machine tool via the ma-
chine interface (4:iTENDO²). During machining processes, the process vibrations are detected by
the built-in electronics and sent to the Tablet via 2,4 GHz wireless connection. With the iTENDO²-
App the collected data can be display in the Tablet. The Live display shows the currently received
data. In addition, the data can be monitored with predefined limits. In other areas, past processes
can be accessed. The connection establishment with the iTENDO² and the App options are ex-
plained in the chapter 7:Tablet and App. The tool holder can be used in normal operation on any
other machine tool. The tool holder must be charged via the supplied charger after corresponding
operating time.
