Maintenance
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to improper maintenance, servicing and
cleaning
The product can cause serious injuries due to maintenance, servicing
and cleaning while rotating in the machine
•
Remove the tool holder from the machine for servicing,
maintenance and cleaning.

Wear suitable protective equipment

Clean the clamping bore and groove with a solvent based cleaning

Cleaning
CAUTION
Risk of injury from sharp chips when cleaning the toolholder
Wear protective gloves

When cleaning the tool holder, observe the permissible ambient conditions according to technical
data and interrupt the charging. After cleaning, lightly oil the entire surface of the hydraulic chuck.
Wipe the Electronic dry, remove chips and, if necessary, clean them with an alcohol based cleaner
(e.g. Ethanol).
