Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided for 24 months from the date of set up and provides for free repair or
replacement provided the manufacturer is informed within 8 days of any apparent fault, and that the fault is
not the result of external damage, improper use, operational errors, or attempts on the part of the user to
repair the unit. Consumables such as the UV lamps are excluded from the warranty. Should a UV lamp fail
within the first 6 weeks of use, the lamp will be examined by the manufacturer and, if found to be defective
will be replaced by the manufacturer as a gesture of goodwill.
Liability on the part of the manufacturer
The manufacturer is only liable for the safety, reliability, and performance of the unit if the installation, any
additions, repairs, and other necessary measures are performed by the manufacturer or an individual
authorized by the manufacturer to perform these tasks; the unit is operated and handled by specialist
personnel or by the manufacturer or by authorized personnel trained by the manufacturer, and; the unit is
employed in compliance with the operating instructions and with the accessory equipment recommended
by the manufacturer.
