Schulz air compressors must only be used for air compression and only up to the maximum compression
indicated on their Identification Tag/Information Sticker.

- Inspect for signs of obvious freight damage. Report any damage to the delivering freight carrier immediately. Be
sure that all damaged parts are replaced and any mechanical problems are corrected prior to the operation of the
air compressor.
- The air compressor serial number is located on the pump.
- Please write the serial number in the space provided in the end this manual for future reference.

Instruction Manual, see Figures 6, 7 and 8, chapter Installation. Its incorrect use will void the product’s warranty.

Black numbers in the text, show the key parts and functions - Chapter 7.
If there is any problem that cannot be solved by the information provided in this manual, please contact the
nearest Schulz Authorized Technical/Distributor.
In order to extend the useful life of this reciprocating piston compressor, the use of mineral lubricant oil (See Table
5) and original parts Schulz are highly recommended.
The pressure vessel quality certificate must be presented to authorities, in case of inspection. Keep it in a safe
place along with the instruction manual.
