Managing tasks
To create a new task
1. In the task list, press
to select [New] and enter a short
description for the task.
2. Select the Due date, then select the category that the task belongs
to. (See page93 for category settings)
3. Set the priority of the task.
4. Press
to save the new task.
To edit a task
1. In the task list, select a record and open it.
2. Edit the task as with the creating steps.
Finished task
• When a task has been completed, press
to select [Mark
Finished] and mark as a finished task.
To delete a task
• In the task list, select a record, press
to select [Delete] and
press
to delete the selected record; press
to return to the
task list.
