The Smartphone cannot be switched on
• Recharge or replace the battery (Please see page13-15 for
“Installing battery and Charging battery”).
The Smartphone does not work
• The received signal is too weak, you are possibly shielded from
the signal. Move outdoors or up from ground to receive
sufficiently strong signals.
• If emergency call only is displayed on the screen, you cannot use
the network within range, however, you still can make an
emergency call.
WAP cannot be used
• The settings are not correct. Enter new settings, or contact your
network service provider.
Cannot send or receive message
• Check with your network service provider that you have correctly
enter the Service Center phone number.
• The phone memory is full and delete some unwanted files.
