6 OPERATION

 DANGER!

Risk of crushing!

The magnetic field causes attractive forces to act on ferromagnetic parts. 
This poses a risk of crushing.

 

■

The use of non-magnetic tools can exclude the risk of crushing or similar 
injuries.

 

■

Wear personal protective equipment.

Operating conditions

 

■

Never use a poorly functioning or damaged device!

 

■

Never leave the device switched on for an extended period! Observe the duty cycle!

 

■

Do not switch on the demagnetiser unused for an extended period!

 

■

The maximum workpiece temperature must not exceed 60 °C for the hand-held demagnetiser SAV 890.70  
and 80 °C for the hand-held demagnetiser SAV 890.71!

 

■

Never pour water or liquid onto the device!

 

■

Keep steel parts away from the device during switching on!
