2. Clean the filter element in the intake filter weekly.
3. Pull the relief ring of the safety valve to check if the function is normal.
4. Check if the function of the pressure switch or the relief valve is normal.
C. Monthly maintenance:
1. Check for leakage in all air piping systems.
2. Check the screws or nuts of each part for looseness and tighten them if necessary.
3. Clean the external accessories of the air compressor.
D. Quarterly maintenance:
1. Change the lubricating oil of the compressor every 500 hours of operation.
2. Replace the filter element of the intake filter.
3. Check the tension of the V belt.
4. Check the valve seat and remove any carbon deposit.
5. Check for wear between the cylinder and piston.
