12 Start up of cassettes
2.4.2 Automatic Integrity Test (Pressure Decay)
Proceed as follows:
1. Connect the integrity tester [such as or Sartocheck
® 4 (16288) or Sartocheck ® 4
Plus (26288)] to the power supply and pressure source.
2. Close the retentate outlet (V

) and open the permeate outlets (V

). Open V

.
3. Enter the required test parameter according to the Sartocheck ® instruction manual
and cassette data.
4. Use the following parameter:
stab. time: 4 min.
test time: 2 min.
5. Enter the maximum allowable diffusion value (see Specifications 3.1).
6. Start the Integrity Test.
