Press the right milk frother button
(Fig.5) once, the button will light up red and the
heater at the bottom of the jug will be activated.

When the milk temperature has reached 75ºC, the heater will be turned off and button
light will turn off.
6.
The milk inside will be warm and ready to serve.
7.
The appliance will automatically stop after 25 minutes or so.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
A.
COFFEE MAKER
•
Before performing the cleaning operations, wait for the coffee maker to cool down after
use.
•
Thoroughly rinse the interior of the boiler with warm or cool water.
•
Dry the appliance with a dry cloth after cleaning.
•
Clean the inside of the tube periodically.
•
Regularly check the funnel and the gasket. Replace if there are signs of wear or
deterioration. Use original spare parts only.
•
Regularly check that the holes in the disk filter are not blocked. If necessary, clean using a
pin (Fig. 8 from “How to prepare Espresso coffee”).
•
Do not wash the coffee maker in the dishwasher.
•
When cleaning do not use solvents or abrasive detergents. Simply clean it with a sponge,
keeping attention not to wet the electrical parts.
Never rinse the boiler under the tap and never immerse it in water.
B.
MILK FROTHER
•
The milk frother should be cleaned after use. Rinse with cold water.
•
Leave some water at the bottom of the jug for a few minutes and then wipe clean with a
cloth.
•
Do not wash the coffee maker in the dishwasher.
•
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning products, nor any sharp objects (such as
knives or hard brushes when cleaning).
Never rinse the jug under the tap and never immerse it in water.
