Bond the wing bolt reinforcement plate to the
wing using Epoxy adhesive. Use the wing bolts
to ensure proper alignment. To ensure that the
bolts aren’t accidentally bonded in place remove
them and clean them before the Epoxy is dry.

Tip, apply some petroleum jelly or lithium
grease to the bolt threads for extra insurance
against bonding.
Bond the wing bolt reinforcement plate with Epoxy
adhesive

Make sure you hold the plate in position firmly
with clamps since there is a slight curvature to
the wing; this will ensure a strong bond.
Clamp the wing bolt reinforcement plate while the
Epoxy adhesive dries

Once the glue is dry place the washers in
position and hold them in place with a drop of
thin CA adhesive.
Hold the washers in place with a drop of thin CA
