Flashlight

Locate the openings for the flap and aileron
servos in the wing.

Tip, it may be useful to shine a flashlight
through the wing to help locate wing features.

Remove the covering from the servo mounting
locations using a sharp hobby knife.
Remove covering from servo bays

Reinforce the cover mounting holes in the wing
with thin CA adhesive to add strength to the
plywood and provide the cover screws a
stronger surface to attach to.
Reinforce screw holes with CA adhesive

Using a sharp hobby knife, trim away the
covering from the servo arm slots in the servo
covers
Remove covering from servo arm slots

Using a hand drill with a bit slightly larger in
diameter than the mounting screws, drill the
holes in the corners of all the servo covers
(marked by a laser dot).
Drill out mounting screw holes

Dry fit the servo covers in the corresponding
locations to ensure they will fit when the servos
are mounted.
