Lid and Lid Knob Assembly
1. Unscrew the Lid Knob from inside of the Lid.
2. Position the Knob on top of its Base on
the outside of the Lid, at its topmost
point. Screw the Lid Knob from the
bottom through the top of the Lid. (See
sketch at right.) Both the Knob and its
Base must always be on the exterior of
the Lid during cooking.
3. Periodically check to make sure the Knob
is securely fastened onto the Lid. Always
tighten by hand; do not over tighten.
