5. Using the navigation key, increase or decrease the contrast level setting
and press .
Changing the Backlight Time Length
The backlight setting lets you select how long the display screen and keypad are
backlit after any key press is made.
To change the backlight setting:
1. Press for Menu .
2. Press for Settings .
3. Press for Display .
4. Press for Backlight .
5. Use the navigation key to select Flip open , 30 seconds , 15 seconds , 8
seconds or Dim Only .
6. Press to save and exit.
Note: Long backlight settings reduce the battery’s talk and standby times.
Changing the Color of your Dialing Font
You can adjust the color of your dialing font so that it appears in color or
monochromatic.
To change the dialing font color:
1. Press for Menu .
2. Press for Settings .
3. Press for Display .
4. Press for Dialing Font .
5. Press for Color .
6. Press the navigation key up or down to select one of the following and
press :
•
Basic: Displays all entered digits in black.
•
Rainbow: Displays each digit in a different color.
•
Monochrome: Displays all entered digits as a single color of your
choice.
