Using the Computer 65

AVStation now / AVStation premium Viewer

This program displays music, photos, videos, movies, TV, etc. in full screen. You can
enjoy multimedia files using AVStation now when your computer is turned off, and
using AVStation premium Viewer when it is turned on.

Before Starting!

•

Restrictions for AVStation now

You can only use AVStation now when the computer is turned off.

In AVStation now, you can play files registered to the AVStation premium
library or saved to My Computer or the Multi-card slot (optional). (For
information on how to register files, see pages p56, p60 and p64.)

When defining an account password or configuring the security for folders,
AVStation now cannot play files in the corresponding folders.

•

Restrictions of AVStation premium Viewer

In AVStation premium Viewer, you can only play files registered to the
AVStation premium library. (For information on how to register files, see
pages p56, p60 and p64.)

•

Since the screen layout and the usage of the two programs are similar, this
manual will describe the screen layout and the usage on the basis of
AVStation now.

•

The screen appearance may differ depending on the program version.

•

TV Station only appears for models with the TV function.

•

A remote control is optional. For using the remote control, see page p69. If
your system is supplied with a remote control, refer to the descriptions of
[Remote Control].
