If you connect the S-Video cable directly to the AV IN port, no picture is 
displayed on the screen. Connect the S-Video cable connected to the external 
video device to the AV Input Dongle, and connect the AV Input Dongle to the 
AV IN port.

The visual quality of the TV is poor.

This may happen when the TV radio signal in your location is too weak or the 
antenna connection is not good.

Connect the antenna cable to a normal TV and see if the visual quality improves.
