Paper Settings 

This option area has a set of picture buttons representing the most common paper
sizes, a Drop-down menu that lists the supported Paper Sizes, a Lines/Page spin
box, and a Source Drop-down menu box. Some of these items interact with one
another, and all affect the paper that the printer is requested to use.

Paper Size Pictures

These pictures are only mouse-selectable. Point and click on any active one, and
that paper size becomes the default paper size for the printer. In addition, the Paper
Size Drop-down menu displays the selected paper size. 
If the paper size picture is gray, you cannot select it (it is inactive).
If you select a paper size picture, it will change to a bold outline. 
Unselected pictures will have a standard outline.
Some of the paper sizes listed in the Paper Size Drop-down menu do not have a 
corresponding paper size picture.

Paper Size Drop-down Menu

The paper size displayed in this menu is the current default paper size. All
supported paper sizes are listed in this menu, and can be accessed via keyboard or
mouse. The order of the paper sizes in the Paper Size Menu is shown in the
following table:
