Loading the Paper Cassette

Slide out the Paper Cassette and remove the paper.

Adjust the Rear and Extension Guides for new paper size.

●

Extension guide: Legal, Folio

●

Rear Guide: Letter, Exec, A4, B5

Load pre-printed letterhead paper face-down, with the top edge towards the
front of the Paper Cassette.

Secure the forward corner of the stack under the metal tab at the front of the Paper
Cassette.

Adjust the Side and Rear Guides to the corresponding size.

Rest the Paper Cassette on the desktop and slide it back into the printer. The green
READY light will illuminate.
