- Operating Instructions -

Clearing Paper Jams

▼

Open the Top Cover by pressing the Cover Release button on the right side of the
printer.

▼

Take out the Developer Cartridge.

▼

Pull out the Paper Cassette.

▼

If paper is in the paper feed area, pull it toward the right to release it from the feed
roller. Then pull the paper straight out. (If the paper has gone completely into the
printer, see next page.)

▼

If the previous step clears the jam, replace the Paper Cassette and Developer
Cartridge, then close the Top and Rear Covers. The printer should return to the
READY state. If not, check the top and rear areas of the printer.
