Installing Components

Before using the Developer Cartridge, remove the protective plastic tape and rock
the developer cartridge several times to evenly distribute the toner material inside.

Never expose the Developer Cartridge to direct sunlight.

Cartridge from the plastic
bag.

Remove the plastic tape
from the Developer Cartridge.
The tape may be much longer
than expected, and it may be
necessary to withdraw the strip in two
steps.
Draw the strip very carefully and
slowly, so that it comes out
completely without tearing.
