uSING THE kEEP warm SETTINGS

The following table presents 4 items. It contains food, drink, bread and

pastries and

dishes/crockery

. The convection heater operates only and it will

cycle on and off to keep food warm. Use oven gloves while taking out!

hour), as it will continue to cook. Warm food spoils more quickly.

Cover liquids and foods which are high moisture contents. But if you

want to keep crisp roast or fried foods, do not cover it.
