7.4 Prepare the regulator for
return shipment
Defective regulators can be returned to
SAMSON for repair. Proceed as follows to
return devices to SAMSON:
1. Put the regulator out of operation (see
section 9.1).
2. Decontaminate the regulator. Remove
any residual process medium.
3. Fill in the Declaration on Contamination.
The declaration form can be downloaded
from our website at

Send the device together with the filled-in
form to your nearest SAMSON
