5.4. Setting run time for hydraulics
To change times do the following:
1.
Turn the ignition key off
2.
Push
AUTO
on the panel and turn the ignition key on,
3.
LED A
(Fig. 16) turns red - wait until turns green.
4.
Blinking LED C
(Fig. 16) signals the actually selected function.
1 blink
2 blinks
3 blinks
4 blinks
5.
Push
to
select lifting
function
Push
to
select move
to the L/R
function.
Push
to
select
lowering
function
Push
to select floating function.

Run time of a given function is indicated by
a number of periodic blinks of green LED B
~
. Between 1s and 9s.
Run time is indicated by a number of periodic blinks of
LED B
~
(1-9 min) and additionally by LED A
(10 min - green, 20 min - red). Sum up both times
to get the run time. The range is between 1 and 29 min.

To change time for a selected function push button
AUTO
and wait until LED C
(Fig. 16) turns red.

Set the time using button
. Start
counting from 0 to 10 (e.g. if you want to
program the function for a run time of 4s,
press the arrow 5 times).
Set the time (1-9 min) using button
. Start
counting from 0 to 10 (e.g. if you want to program the
function for an operation time of 4mins, press the
arrow 5 times).
Push
(LED A condition will change):
out t = 0 min, green t = 10 min,
red t = 20 min.
Sum up the times, e.g. A red
t = 20 min + 4 min (4 blinks B) = 24 min.

For further programming – push
AUTO
, go to step 5 and select the next function to change – if
programming is complete, go to step 10.

Confirm changes with the down arrow
– hold for a short time until all LEDs blink green 3 times.
11.
Once the above is confirmed, the controller enters the work mode.
After the operation is confirmed and checked, if you want to change the function time,
follow the procedure from the start once more.
6. WORKING
NOTE
When clearing snow always adjust the driving speed to road conditions. Do
not clear snow with speed higher than 16 km/h (10 mph).
The SnowPick plows are light-weight plows. They often operate on uneven surfaces and are
exposed to contact with solid obstacles which are usually hard to see, particularly under the snow
cover. Thus, the plows have been equipped with many overload safety devices:
