Replace any damaged hydraulic hoses and other hydraulic parts.
Use only original spare parts which can be ordered at our store or at your dealer.
While performing any repair, maintenance and adjustment works always wear safety gloves.
Do not leave the vehicle with mounted plow on slopes. If it is necessary, leave the plow, turn
off the engine, take the ignition key out, engage vehicle’s parking brake.
The plow should be stored in under a roof, with lifting cylinder retracted.
In case of a serious malfunction, turn off the engine, take the ignition key out, disconnect high-
current cables. Then call for technical service, and if an accident (in this case: road accident)
occurs, follow first aid rules and contact relevant authorities.
When using the plow make sure that the vehicle is equipped with a fire extinguisher suitable for
use on electrical fires.
NOTE
The person in charge of the machine's transport shall be responsible for
securing the danger area and performing the work.
4.2. Qualifications of operator
To provide safe machine operation each operator must meet the following requirements:
Should hold driving license, have ability to drive vehicles safely and know road traffic rules.
Must be in proper physical condition to be able to operate the machine.
Must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and medicines, which all have influence on
vehicle driving and machine operation.
Should be familiarized with this manual and follow its provisions.
Operator should be familiar with working principles of both the vehicle and the machine, and be
able to recognize and avoid hazards resulting from operation of the aggregate.
4.3. Transport
Before changing position of the machine make sure that all bystanders (children in particular)
not involved in operation of the machine are not nearby.
When transported the machine should always be set in transport position.
Always adjust your driving speed to the current road conditions and to local traffic rules in the
country where the plow is used.
Do not transport any people or objects on the machine.
It is forbidden for the operator to leave the vehicles when driving.
Never exceed a permissible transport speed of 72km/h (45mph).
Reckless driving and speeding may cause a traffic accident or collision.
4.4. Delivery
NOTE
Snow plow is delivered completely assembled and well adjusted – ready for
use.
