4.5. Residual risk
Despite the fact that SaMASZ Białystok – the manufacturer of the machinery has taken great
care in the design and manufacturing of the machinery, certain risks during machinery operation
and maintenance are unavoidable.
Major source of risk results from the following actions:
1.
operation of the machine by minors and individuals who have not read the operator's manual,
2.
operation of the machine by persons under the influence of alcohol or other abusive substances,
3.
failure to exercise caution during transport and handling of the machine during operation,
4.
presence of people and animals within the machine operation range,
5.
performing machine servicing works and adjustments when the supply is connected and the
vehicle's engine is on.
WARNING!
Residual risk may occur if specified instructions and forbidden actions are
not respected.
NOTE
Despite the fact, that SaMASZ Białystok company – the manufacturer of the
snow plow takes the responsibility for the plow design and manufacturing, in
order to eliminate risk, certain risk when operating the plow is unavoidable.
