Merchandise Return
The RETURN key can be used within or outside of an existing sale to record
the following item as a negative. This function can be used when customers
return goods for a monetary refund.
Return – Manual Price Department Example
•
Ensure the mode is in the
REG
position
•
Press the
RETURN
key
•
Type in the price of the item on the number keys without a decimal point
I.e. enter 100 for £1
•
Press the
DEPT.1
key to register the item
•
Press the
CASH/TEND
key to finalize
