5915 Input Module LED Information
Table 97 shows the LED color code on the 5915 Input Module, and Figure 202 shows the
front edge of the input module.

Each Pair of FPGA LEDS:
Flashing rapidly between Red & Green
(2 Hz each LED) - starting up
Green On Solid & Red Off

programming fault found. Remove module
and refit to force a reboot.
Red & Green Flashing very rapidly in
sync
(4 Hz each LED)
- A change has
been made to the module settings
database in RAM but it has not yet been
written to flash memory. This is not a fault
and the flash memory will be updated after
10 seconds of no audio setting changes
being made. Do not remove power from
the module while this indication is present
as the flash may become corrupted.

manual for details.

This communications error could be
caused by a hardware failure or incorrect
insertion. Check that the module is
inserted correctly.
If the “Local Error” LED is flashing at the
same time as the “Local Command OK”
LED is flashing it suggests a mismatch in
the configuration of the Nucleus controller.
Check the controller configuration.
