8. Displaying and exporting HACCP logs
HACCP is an abbreviation for H azard A nalysis C ritical C ontrol P oints
● The HACCP log is required in order to audit process flows.
● These logs are an important tool for process owners and help them to prove that they have ful­
filled their duties of care.
● HACCP logs are kept for 60 days. Once this 60-day period has elapsed, the logs are automati­
cally deleted.

For instructions on exporting data, see page 55 , figure 18 (only possible with USB activation
option).
