Careful when pulling out, sliding in or lifting out the filled container! Use appropriate care to
avoid hot frying oil/frying fat from spilling over and splattering!
Observe the following with dual-bowl deep fat fryers! When the container must be emptied or

If the contents of both pan/bowel are allowed to pour into the container, the container will be
too heavy to siphon by hand!

Extra fitting - pump: No cleaning solution or water may be pumped with the pump! Residual

cause heavy splattering, foaming and overflowing of the pan!
Do not allow any liquids to flow into the cooking oil/fat.
When
draining the fat
from the deep fat fryer
−
wear fat and heat resistant gloves and a leather apron,
−
use a special grease bucket made of metal with an outlet and a closable lid.
