Rinsing the pan with frying oil/frying fat using the pump
It is only necessary to rinse the pan when the cooking oil/fat will be used again. This will rinse
and filter the last remaining frying remnants from the pan.
For draining frying oil/frying fat into container
and filtering, see page 35 chapter 3.2.1.
CAUTION!
When raising the heating ele
ment there is a danger of burns from the hot
element or other hot surfaces!
Remove frying basket.
Hook handle onto the heating element and
raise the heating element.
Remove the crumb sieve and empty it.
Rinsing the pan
Insert the drain hose between filling tube
and cap.
Hold the filling tube on the handle and into
the pan.
Switch on pump.
The indicator light in the switch comes on
and the pump starts.
Rinse the pan with frying oil/frying fat using
the filling tube.
Switch the pump off.
The indicator light goes off.
Close the drain tap.
Insert the crumb sieve.
