Replace the cleaned control head with the cooking tank
bridge on the soft and dry base.

Pull the cleaned protective grill with the lugs forward over
the pump and heater of the control panel.
9.
Now move the protective grill under the domed nuts again
and under the screw heads.
10.
Screw the protective grill to the control unit with the domed
nuts and open-ended spanner (A/F 7 mm).
11.
Now continue as described in point 5 above.

Decalcifying low-temperature cooker

● Wear safety goggles and protective gloves.
The safety instructions and instructions for use on the packa
ging must be strictly observed for the handling of the decalci
fier.
1.
Switch off the device.
2.
Empty the cooking tank.
3.
Prepare appropriate amount of citric acid based decalcifier.
Fill the decalcifier into the cooking tank up to the MAX mar
king.
4.
Close the cover.
5.
Switch on the device.
6.
Set the temperature setpoint to a value of approximately
room temperature.
7.
Let the decalcifier act in accordance with the time specified
in the instructions for use of the decalcifier.
8.
Empty the cooking tank.
9.
Rinse the cooking tank thoroughly with fresh water and rub
it dry.
10.
Clean stainless steel surfaces with a fat-dissolving cleaning
agent or special stainless steel care agent.
