Setting cooking temperature

1. Press the ENTER button.
The following display is shown.
2. Press the ENTER button again.
3. Use the arrow buttons to set the required cooking tempera­
ture.
The display flashes.
You can increase the temperature with the UP arrow button
and reduce it with the DOWN arrow button.
The temperature can be set between 10
5
C and 100
5
C.
4. You have the following options to apply the value:
□ Press the ENTER button to apply the value immediately.
□ Wait approx. 4 seconds until the value is applied
automatically.

The current cooking temperature is shown in the display again.

Setting timer
The
ASd
(Auto-Shut-Down) timer can be used to switch off the
device automatically. The timer can be viewed and configured
during operation of the device.
Special features of the timer □ The timer is configured using a number of hours and minutes
in the format hh.mm. The first two digits represent the number
of hours and the last two are the minutes. The timer can be
set to a maximum of 99 hours and 59 minutes.
□ The timer is only active while the machine is switched on. If
the machine is switched off using the mains power switch du­
ring the running time of the timer, the timer is reset.
