Battery

1) Check the color of the hydrometer attached to the

battery top to charge or replace the battery.

Green … Good
Black … Discharged too much
White … Checking required

2) Retighten any loose terminal. Apply grease or vaseline

to the terminals to retard rusting

(3) Every 250 hours

Sprinkler pipe, nozzle

1) Pipe
Remove the cap from both ends of each sprinkler pipe.

Operate the sprinkler pump to wash out dust from
inside the pipe.

2) Nozzle

• Remove the nozzles from the sprinkler pipes and separate the filter from each nozzle.
• Clean the filters. Use a needle or the like to clean nozzle hole. Refit the filters to the

nozzles.

• Fit the nozzles to the pipes so that the water is sprayed in the form of a hand fan in parallel

with the pipe.

NOTE: Clean the nozzle as necessary even before the next inspection time comes.
