 Pull the counter-knife partially out of the housing. If the edge is worn, pull the counter-knife out of the 

housing, give it a quarter turn, such that the new edge is pointing towards the knives, and push the counter
-

knife back into the housing. 

 
(The counter-knife can be pulled out of the housing on the right side as well as on the left side) 
 
(All 4 edges can be utilised)
