To tighten the cables, next pull the outriggers
and towers towards the tripod. Start by
tightening the blue colored tower cables.
For crane arm lengths “long“and “extra-
long“: First fold the towers and outriggers on
the support pipe upwards, and then the
towers and outriggers on the main pipe.

Take care to create optimal cable tension during crane assembly.
Cable tension on all towers and outriggers can be re-adjusted.
In order to do so, take the desired tower cable or outrigger cable out of the guiding
slot.
Next, unscrew the screw on the head of the tower or outrigger 180°.
Hang the cable again and pull the tower/outrigger once again towards the tripod to
tighten the cable.
If the cable is not yet tight enough, repeat the procedure.
Note
The innermost edge of the tower or outrigger’s head may not reach any
further than the outermost edge of the end piece. If it is no longer
possible to achieve this position, a new cable must be used.
